Reframing "Stuck"

The creative process is so mysterious. We're not designed to generate, create, and grow nonstop.

Reframing "stuck" or "uninspired" can be incredibly powerful when we think in terms of fallow periods followed by periods of emergence.

Growth entails both of these, even though we tend to only see, and thus celebrate, the moments that are merely evidence of all that occurred invisibly, underground, and away from any public gaze.

And also -- some things have to die, in order for others to grow. Not everything deserves our attention.
